The main activities of the Ostrogski Castle Museum include: collecting, arrangement, scientific description and conservation of the items of the Museum collections. They encompass autographs by Chopin and also by persons of his milieu as well as various documents and memorabilia connected directly or indirectly with the composer and his work, such as portraits, posters, objects of personal use.
Museum sections: the Special Collections Department and Photo Archives. Its two branches are: the Chopins' Drawing Room and the Frederick Chopin's Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola. The Museum is also engaged in editorial and publishing activities.
Sound-guide in Polish, English, French, German and Japanese is available for visitors.
There are two permanent exhibitions open to visitors: Frederick Chopin in Warsaw, Paris and Nohant and Frederick Chopin in the the works of sculptors and medalliers

Every day except Mondays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
