Description The Piano Competition is held during or before the Chopin Festival of Marianske Lazne in order to find the most talented young Chopin intepreters. Initially the Competition was held annually, later bi-annually. For candidates from the Czech Republic the competition is a preliminary round of the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw.
The competition is intended for pianists of all nationalities up to 28 years /born later than June 28th 1979.
