Description International Chopin Forum in Wrocław features both emerging talented pianists and known and renowned artists from Poland and abroad. The festival commemorates several visits Chopin paid to Wrocław and the concert he gave here on November 8th 1830.
This year's festival is under the patronage of: Rafał Dutkiewicz, president of Wroclaw, and count Wojciech Dzieduszycki, president of Wroclaw Circle of F. Chopin Society in Warsaw.
Mr. Mirosław G±sieniec is Artistic Director of the festival.

Admission is free to concerts which will be held at the Theatre Hall (Wroclaw Academy of Music).
Money will be allocated for building Chopin's monument in Wroclaw. Contributions to building Chopin's monument in Wroclaw can be made during the concert.
